Through her work with CHI, LeSheila Sombright supports mothers in restoring balance, clarity, and self-trust as they navigate life, healing, and personal growth. She is a certified Reiki Master, Master Coach and intuitive guide who weaves together nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, energy work, and soul-level alignment. Her approach is compassionate, grounded, and empowering, helping women heal their relationship with themselves, release limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their inner wisdom so they can lead their lives from a place of wholeness and intention.

In addition to her wellness and coaching work, LeSheila is an  insurance broker and retirement planning specialist who brings practical financial education into the healing space. She is deeply committed to empowering underserved communities, especially single mothers, with strategies to overcome financial stress, build stability, and create long-term security. As a devoted mother herself, she understands the demands of holding everything together while still needing support, rest, and vision.
